In order to maximize usage control at the end of the season, unlike the other months September utilizes a unique “Two Block” system.

Instead of sending instructions for both September series on August 25th, teams are required to send instructions for their first series (“block”) only. The league will allow time for these games to be played and results returned before instructions for the final series (“block”) will be due. Teams will set their rotation for the whole month at the beginning but will be able to change it as needed. All exact dates will be determined by the Executive Committee.
